VPC Global Opens Rocky Mount Manufacturing Facility

VPC Global has opened a 70,000-square-foot roto-molding facility in Rocky Mount, North Carolina—its third manufacturing plant in just over a year.

Valencia Pipe Co., a subsidiary of VPC Global, has opened a 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on 10 acres in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The facility expands the company's roto-molded polyethylene tank production capabilities to meet growing market demand.

This marks the third manufacturing plant Valencia Pipe has opened in just over a year. The company began producing roto-molded septic, water, cistern, multi-use tanks and parts at its Miami, Oklahoma location in April 2024, followed by a Wabuska, Nevada facility in October 2024. VPC's product design expertise, customer service commitment, and industry knowledge have driven nationwide expansion of its manufacturing footprint.

"Opening this new facility in Rocky Mount is a major milestone in our ability to better serve our customers across the US," said Andrew Dervin, CEO of VPC Global and forty-year veteran of the industry. "We believe in providing customers with choice and creating quality solutions that evolve as our world does. That's why our tanks are certified to the highest standards with nationally recognized certification bodies. We want to deliver our customers with industry leading products."

VPC's extensive experience in plastic manufacturing—including its background as a leading extruder of ABS, MDPE, and PVC pipe—continues to inform strategic expansion into new products, facilities, and markets.

"We've invested in this market, sourcing the latest in manufacturing technology and bringing in industry experts at every stage of our process," Dervin added. "We're very excited for this next phase in Rocky Mount."

Septic and water tanks face complex regulatory requirements at state and local levels in the US. VPC Global has ensured product compliance with all applicable rules and regulations through coordination with environmental and public agencies, securing placement on states' approved product lists.

"It's a testament to our team here at VPC and to our trusted partners that we were able to get our operations up and running so quickly," said Christopher Butler, vice president of manufacturing and distribution.

The Rocky Mount facility will officially open with twenty-five new employees on Oct. 1, 2025.
